We decided to use Cambridge Real Estate to sell my uncles property. As they are well presented in the community. Their advertising skills are top and really do get results. Lenie has been excellent to deal with, very understanding with the required needs. Lenie even went and visited my uncle in his rest home to let him know the procedures etc. A great people person very compassionate. Open and honest, and helpful with the legal requirements. Plenty of advertising options were great. Lenie also referred me to a good property lawyer. Good at updating us during the process. I would recommend Lenie for selling your property.
