Marketing - photography brochure ,excellent. Follow up in papers and online was great. Communication - through out the sale we were kept up to date with buyers opinions ,numbers and open home times. Appraisal - was very much in line with our request. Sale process- all agreements were discussed and presented to all parties concerned promptly Presentation - Paulette is a competent, well presented sales person who would go out of her way to help you and we wish her all the very best for the future, we couldn't have done it on our own.

We have used Eilish, and Sherry, before when buying and selling a previous house. We have found their market knowledge pretty much spot on and very professional during the process. Our recent sale was handled almost exclusively by Eilish whilst Sherry was away on holiday, but she brought the property to market very quickly and ran a very hectic sale programme in a short period of time and with a very tight settlement period. Eilish also went above and beyond, helping the Purchaser, and us, sort out a major glitch with the moving process - and always with a smile! We will be using them for the next move.
