I joined Cambridge Real Estate in January 2021, bringing with me a genuine passion for people. My journey into real estate has been shaped by over two decades of hands-on experience in the building industry, with my husband and I running our own building company. This background has given me an intimate knowledge of homes and their stories, alongside a strong background in practical business experience and operational management, laying a solid foundation for my transition into real estate. As an independent agent committed to delivering nothing short of excellence in every instance, I am supported by my personal assistant Stuart Boone, a licensed salesperson with over seventeen years’ experience in real estate and deep local knowledge. Professional, Respected, and Truly Outstanding to Work With

David is very well known and respected in Cambridge, and after working with him, it’s easy to see why. He has built incredible relationships within the community, and his reputation truly speaks for itself. We had an amazing experience working with him to buy our home. He is professional, knowledgeable, fair, and an incredible negotiator who always does right by his clients. He was always available to talk, answer questions, and guide us through the process. What stood out most was how kindly and respectfully he treated us at every open home and interaction over the years. Whether we were seriously looking or just having a nose around, he always greeted us with a friendly face and made us feel welcome. Professional, accommodating, and incredibly easy to deal with.

From the very beginning, they made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. I was always going to use David to sell my house.

David was the agent representing the vendors when we purchased this property years ago. I remember enjoying the process because of the generous way he gave his time and advice. Because of that experience, there was never really any question about who we would use when it came time to sell the property ourselves. David’s knowledge of rural property is on a level that’s hard to find. He combines that expertise with integrity and energy, which makes the whole process enjoyable and far less stressful. What I appreciated most was that he challenged some of my thinking and strategy around the sale in ways that elevated the marketing campaign and overall approach. His guidance made a big difference. We were over the moon with the result — selling after just one weekend of open homes and achieving a sale price above our expectations. Thanks again, David.
