I joined Cambridge Real Estate in January 2021, bringing with me a genuine passion for people. My journey into real estate has been shaped by over two decades of hands-on experience in the building industry, with my husband and I running our own building company. This background has given me an intimate knowledge of homes and their stories, alongside a strong background in practical business experience and operational management, laying a solid foundation for my transition into real estate. As an independent agent committed to delivering nothing short of excellence in every instance, I am supported by my personal assistant Stuart Boone, a licensed salesperson with over seventeen years’ experience in real estate and deep local knowledge. Lovely people, super helpful, and sold our house really fast. Highly recommend.

They came prepared, researching the market before meeting with us and offering two clear plans tailored to our situation. Their communication was consistently quick, clear, and easy to follow. They demonstrated strong market knowledge and were open and honest throughout the offer process, explaining everything in a straightforward way. Professionalism Plus

The market was against them and so was the season, not to mention long weekends which affected some of our open homes adversely, but Team Paulette and Kane were still able to come through for us. Their guidance throughout the selling process was invaluable and their regular group chats meant we always felt well-informed about how the campaign was progressing. We are certain we could not have put the sale of our property into better hands.

Rachael worked hard, gave great feedback and followed through

We really enjoyed working with Rachael she was lovely and friendly and always professional. She gave great advice regarding presentation, marketing and pricing. She would always give full feedback after open homes both verbally and in writing and she let us know peoples comments, feedback and price expectations. We found Rachael to be really positive but also willing to give honest feedback and was realistic in price guidance. She knows the market well and the particular style of our home. She was happy to sit down and provide guidance, feedback on what was happening in the Cambridge market and was always up with the play on what buyers were looking for. We really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to others. She went above and beyond and kept in regular contact. She was very professional and had a lovely manner with us and potential buyers. We would highly recommend Rachael.
