We have had a great experience selling our property with Nathan. From the outset we received clear and friendly communication and quality, professional advice. Nathan went the 'extra mile' to ensure the sale was completed to both parties expectations. We highly recommend Nathan to anyone selling property in Napier. You will not find a better partner to sell your property with.

Nathan kept us informed through the entire sales process and when we ran into some issues he assisted with various professionals and trades people to give us advice with how to proceed. Would certainly recommend to others

How do we put into words what Nathan did for our family, nothing short of phenomenal. We met with Nathan on a Wednesday to ask if he could help us sell our home fast and for a specific price in order for us to secure our new home which was under contract. By Sunday that week, he had 6 families through our home (no online marketing), Monday afternoon 3 families returned for a second viewing and by that same evening two contracts on the table...just like that the house was under offer...5 days from meeting Nathan to the house being sold...ABOVE what our expectation was. So thank you Nathan! You truly are a cut above the rest and we are so grateful for what you did for our family. We will most definitely recommend you to any one wanting to sell their home.

Shelly was instrumental in selling our family home after our mother passed. She was kind and courteous throughout the whole time. Shelly stayed in contact the entire time and kept us up to date and kept us informed. It was hard for me as I was out of region but Shelly was always contactable when I called. I highly recommend Shelly. All the best for the future Shelly

Shelly had great market knowledge. This was an deceased Estate sale of a family members home so we weren't very knowledgeable of the area. She kept us informed every step of the way. She offered great advice on preparing the property for sale. The time frame she suggested to list was realistic without undue pressure at what was already a difficult time. We'd highly recommend Shelly to anyone who wants an honest, committed & professional agent. We're glad we had Shelly for our sales journey.

Nathan was very open and honest. We both sold a house with him and bought a house too. Both experiences were great he explained the processes well and we were always aware of what we needed to do. Would recommend Nathan to anyone and would definitely use him again. He never gave up on us even when the market was not great he always tried and managed to achieve our goals. He also would answer us and went out of his way when we needed something. Definitely has a great work ethic. Extremely genuine. Would recommend 100%
