Nathan was very open and honest. We both sold a house with him and bought a house too. Both experiences were great he explained the processes well and we were always aware of what we needed to do. Nathan had an advertising plan sorted out to perfection, he advised us not to start until all the advertisement and video were ready to launch at the same time. We started with a Tender, however that wasn’t successful We decided to lay new carpet which Nathan felt made a positive difference to the house and suggested we relaunch the house. Nathan organised an open home for the Sunday and by the Wednesday we had three offers. Nathan was very good at guiding me through the negotiation process which was successful in getting a price we wanted. Thanks Nathan for all your your dedication.
