Caroline achieved what previous agents couldn’t, an unconditional contract on my home. She was passionate about getting my home sold and determined to get me into a multi offer situation, which she also did. Her enthusiasm and positivity were very refreshing, as well as the regular updates and communication. Finally, an agent who did what she said she would and managed my expectations in a positive and friendly way. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family.

When Marie viewed the house I could tell she loved the feel of it. She recommended the tender process, with an intensive four-week campaign. I quickly gained a realistic idea of the current value of the property, which made me confident in setting an asking price after four weeks. With an extra two weeks of intensive promotion the house sold! Marie demonstrated solid knowledge of people and of real estate, and it was a real treat working alongside her. She made it easy for buyers to access property information - showing consideration for both vendor and purchaser. I took her advice about employing an independent building inspector to provide a thorough report. Marie is a skilled facilitator in the real estate "dance" - working to get an agreement which works for everyone.

Great communication and advice throughout. This was a remote hands-off sale from the UK and Sarah handled it all with her easy and professional style. A pleasure, to be sure.

When it came time for selling our home, we didn’t know where to start! Shelly came highly recommended to us and she was amazing. Every step of the way we found Shelly approachable, professional and highly competent - from talking us through our options, to advising us on how to get our home ‘open home’ ready, through to the selling of our home. Our home was well presented and marketed well which brought many potential buyers through our open homes. Anyone looking to sell their home, or considering their options, we highly recommend giving Shelly a call!

Shelly is a very easy person to work with, approachable, friendly, direct and honest. She makes a point of developing a good working relationship with her clients so she can relate to them. She always answers every question asked. If the answer is not readily available, she will research until she finds it. She certainly goes the extra mile and definitely earns her commission. :) I find Shelly's straight forward open manner refreshing. She doesn't need props, drives an average car and is simply herself in dealing with people. My experience with Shelly was one of the most positive I have ever had with an agent, and I've had many. Highly recommended.

We met Shelly at an open home she was holding and from the first encounter she was fantastic to deal with. She took the time to understand who we were and what we needed. Shelly was always available to talk to and always went over and above for us. Any time we asked to visit the property again she made it happen. She was incredibly helpful with any queries we had and made the process of purchasing our home as smooth as possible. We will definitely use Shelly in the future should we sell or buy again.
