Jeannie was outstanding in helping us sell our home that we have lived in for the past 17 years. She met with us initially for three hours to explain clearly her marketing strategy and how best to proceed with the sale process. We were impressed that she not only took a genuine interest in us but also wanted to know about our future plans. From the outset Jeannie was honest and upfront about the current, ever-changing, state of the Palmerston North housing market. Over the following ten weeks of our Open Homes we witnessed and benefitted from her deep knowledge gained from years of experience marketing and selling houses. Jeannie spent considerable time searching her extensive database for potential buyers and immediately followed up with those people, even when she was unwell and should have been resting. From the time of our first Open Home Jenny kept us updated and provided great feedback with very detailed weekly property reports on our home. Jeannie always consulted with us regarding private viewings and gave us ample time to prepare, thereby minimising what can be a stressful process. Jeannie is a very personable, highly relatable woman with a great sense of humour. Having sold a number of properties elsewhere over the years we found Jeannie to be the best agent by far that we have ever dealt with. I can’t believe our house went on the market on a Friday and we accepted an offer the following Monday, which then went unconditional 10 days later.
