Angela made our house sale a stress free experience.
Angela's market knowledge was excellent. She listened to how we wanted to proceed and made that happen. Her communication was brilliant and she kept us up to date with developments at all times. This was the second time we have chosen her for selling as we found her so good to work with. We can't rate her highly enough.

Jeannie experience and knowledge shone from the outset. She was the consummate professional, and was open to our ideas and suggestions about how to best market/sell our lifestyle property. She worked tirelessly to weed out time wasters, but also nurtured serious buyers, and then extracted the best price/terms. This was especially relevant, noting how challenging the market was. Extremely satisfied with Angela's work ethic, knowledge and professionalism!
Alice, my wife met Angela in Palmerston North and immediately felt at ease, she sensed that Angela had a good insight of the property market, was very helpful and efficient, in promptly dealing with the sale of our home. Angela could only spend a very limited time with Alice, as she was only in Palmerston North from overseas for two days. My dealings (Clive) with Angela were all on line, largely emails. I was amazed by Angela's excellent communication skills; she kept us updated at every turn, not telling us what we wanted to hear, but at times the hard truths. She was always very honest and we greatly valued her opinions. Alice and I brought Angela a few new challenges; we were not living in New Zealand, but out of country doing contract work, and it was the first house that we ever sold in New Zealand. We absolutely relied on her completely and she came through successfully. We owe you a huge debt of gratitude Angela, in approximately 15 weeks the home was sold. All the time frames between the buyer and us were met and closely monitored by Angela and complete settlement was within 10 days from the date of first offer by the buyer.
