From the first meeting with Jeannie and Karl we felt confident we were in good hands.the advice they gave us to get the house ready for sale made perfect sense.after which They left us to it for several months to give us as much time as needed until we were ready.jeannies was always available to give advice when needed and having mentioned to anyone in the Manawatu that she was our agent we were assured that she was the best agent around.then when we were ready and signed up I was amazed at what happened next.the team let us know what was being done at each step .a professional photographer had taken drone footage and wide angle photos that made the property look incredible all within the first few days .I think it was 2 or 3 days before it was listed and the first open home announced.in The first week about 30 people had been shown the property with updates from the team throughout.they had an open home for the next 2 weekends at which point we had 2 offers at 20 grand over asking .unbelievable result.sale went through at that price before the month was up.every step of the process far exceeded any expectations we had .this should be the benchmark that all real estate agents are measured.if you are lucky enough to have this team sell your house for you .you will be dealing with the best of the best .still in slight disbelief as to the hard work, knowledge and professional services that has been provided.a special thanks to Jeannie for her patience and personal services .thanks so much for helping us sell our family home of 55 years after the passing of my parents.feels like the fitting end to what has been a privilege in every way.love to you all from the bottom of my heart . appreciate everything you have done for us . cheers from Jake and Paula and family.
