What we all initially thought was going to be a straight-forward sale turned to custard, with the offer finally being withdrawn. Jeannie was extremely helpful and stress-reducing as we worked through the situation, doing a heap of stuff for us in the background. There was never any pressure to reduce the price, and she found another buyer and that sale did turn out to be straight-forward. We couldn't have asked any more of Jeannie and her team.

We needed someone in PN to sell a family home for us (we live in Auckland) and from the moment I spoke with Jeannie on the phone, I had a connection with her. We had two other agents appraise the property and Jeannie won over them. Not on the price guide she gave us as I didn't realise she had on the day, but with her empathy and warm heartedness. Jeanniwas punctual, professional and has been selling real estate with great results. She has a team behind her (Karl and Anna) who help her in the constant communication with regards to viewings and open homes. Jeannie sold our property in two weeks in a difficult market and at a difficult time for our family. She has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with as an agent, and lucky for her, I now have a new friend too! I would give her 6 stars at least...but there wasn't an option.
