We found Jeannie from the begining of the process of marketing and selling our residence very helpful. We asked her what aspects of the property could be improved before putting it on the market and were duly given straight forward and practical advice. Once we had sorted our part Jeannie then marketed the property, which included numerourous photos and a realistic discription of the house on diffrent platforms. From then on she held an open home every weekend without fail and gave us feedback immediately after every one. Even when things looked tough, she never gave any indication of giving up but with drive and determination kept going. Jeannie is an excellant communicator and we were in a rapidly changing market, however she adjusted the marketing strategy to suit and the bottom line and sold our house for what we feel was a more than satisfactory sum. Jeannie has our bussiness from now on, she and her team did an excellent job.
