We weren't sure about putting an offer into the deadline sale. We absolutely loved the house and although the market was moving we thought it may be out of our price range. Alice was able to answer all our questions and persuaded us to put an offer in. Her knowledge of the market proved to be right and we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted. Alice was the Agent for the sale of my mother’s much-loved house of 30-odd years. As Mum was out of practice in selling houses, Alice was more than happy to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. This allowed me to discuss with Mum each step and any necessary matters. Alice kept me up to date with frequent text messages and phone calls, keeping me informed as the sale process developed. Further, Alice took the time to also contact me and explain a particular legal aspect in order that I could then discuss this with Mum. I was very grateful and appreciative of Alice’s help, and it made the sale process for both Mum and I very comfortable.
