I have worked with Alice a few times now and she always works so hard to get the best results. In a changing market making things difficult she kept trying and got the result we needed. Alice is amazing and genuinely cares about her vendors and buyers.

To be completely honest the process of buying our first home was extremely complicated with the banks and we had to jump through so many hoops. Maria really put me at ease throughout the whole process, answered all my questions I had and always positively encouraged us to stay innit! Maria brought a sense of calmness but gave us so much confidence every time we connected. Beyond grateful to have Maria there with us throughout the process! Just an genuine and all round lovely person. Thank you so much for everything Maria, me and my whanau are forever grateful.

Harry gave us the wrap-around treatment, with emphasis on marketing in a challenging market. He is fast-paced without skipping over the pesky details, all the time giving the seller opportunity to highlight alternative choices in the whole selling process. Not everybody may like his high-octane style. However, his knowledge of the local market, how to garner maximum interest in the house, and quick action-taking attitude more than compensated for any negatives.

Mark was great to deal with from start to end. Always available to answer questions and give advice on all things related to the sale, particularly on presentation and pricing, I’d recommend Mark to anyone!

We recently purchased a home in Lower Hutt, and Mark was our agent. We found him to be very professional, and courtious during the whole process. We especially appreciated how Mark responded quickly each time we called. We found him to be honest, forthright, and informed, each step of the process.. We recommend Mark Phillips for your next house, because he made it easy to buy, and enjoy ours!!

Alice did an outstanding job with the sale of our property - it was sold within three weeks at a great price! Alice provided great communication throughout, was always very pleasant and had an ongoing flow of prospective buyers over the three weeks our property was on the market. Alice is warm and engaging and made sure everything was signed, sealed and delivered at 10.30pm on the night of our deadline date! Alice made what is a stressful situation for most, an exciting time for us with her calmness and great knowledge. Thanks Alice!

In this buyers market we were very happy to have good interest and an offer within the first week of our house going to market. We ended up going unconditional within 2 weeks of listing! Thanks for making the process easy and getting us across the line quickly in this uncertain market.

Team O’Flarety showed us they knew the Stokes Valley market very well & I was amazed at how quickly they got onto the appraisal, photo shoot & marketing of the house. Their communication was fantastic and they went the extra mile in providing information to the seller in hard copy & by actually visiting her. Maria spoke clearly to my elderly cousin & listened carefully to her concerns regarding the house sale. This put my cousin at ease knowing that Team O’Flarety were the right people to sell her house. They are a very ‘professional unit’ and would highly recommend John, Maria & Gemma to sell your property.

Alice has been excellent to deal with, and has been very helpful with selling my dad's home of 50 years in what has been a difficult property market. We are very pleased with the result that was achieved, and would recommend Alice to anyone wishing to buy or sell a house.
