The whole O'Flaherty have had their input on our journey to find an investment property with Jemma showing us around homes and John & Maria giving us advice along the way. Great team, always professional and genuinely want to help you out. Thanks guys, we appreciate it!

Maria is mostly who I dealt with and she was great. Always kept me informed. I got an offer in the first week! Unfortunately, the market really changed from the moment I listed and this was challenging for everyone. It was a very tough time to sell.

After previously being on the market with two Upper Hutt agents, I decided to take the risky approach and engage an out of town agent to sell my property. Obviously marketing the property in a declining market was always going to be difficult. Interest was near to nil so I took the property off the market and rented it. This didn't stop Harry working it and last week he successfully put to me an offer that has now gone unconditional. Harry, you are a legend! and I thank you :)

I'm thankful to have had Mark navigate the sale of our property. In difficult circumstances he has remained professional and calm and his experience in the industry is obvious. Thank you very much Mark

We instantly felt at ease with Mark. He advised us and helped us through a long journey to buy the house that we wanted. There were many hiccups along the way and we appreciated his calmness and knowledge. Thank you Mark for all your help. We finally got there!

At the outset Mark was quite frank about the difficulties of selling a single bedroom apartment - even if it was quite a large one and in a desirable area. And that was before the massive housing downturn hit us. But, Mark persisted and gave us good advice on what we needed to do to improve our chances - simply to get a response from the market. Ultimately his patience and diligence paid off. Mark has been around a long time, he knows his business. He is honest and up-front in his opinions and advice - and never gives up trying.

We purchased our first home through Mark. He was very generous with his time and knowledge. He was always transparent and seemed to want the best for both us and the vendor.

When I first met Mark, he was joyful, courteous, kind and very respectful. Mark was well informed about the property and nothing fazed him with the many questions I had - for him. I even had him hunting out info that wasn't readily available but nonetheless, customer at front of mind and he simply went about the task at hand. No issues, no grumpiness and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks Mark.

John, Maria and Jemma OFlaherty have been fantastic to work with. They were realistic managing our expectations. Keep us up to date on all developments. Their professionalism slotted in with their friendly, easy and can do manner. I would certainly recommend Team OFlaherty to anyone who wants to sell their property.

We bought and later sold our first home in Stokes Valley with the O'Flaherty team and they were great on both occasions. As first time buyers and first time sellers, they provided invaluable support and guidance. They're lovely to deal with day to day and genuinely care. We sold in a tough market and they were more than up to the challenge and got the job done! We can't thank them enough.

We found it so easy working with Alice. She had her work cut out for her selling during a period of flooding and road closures making viewings difficult but she always took everything in her stride and adapted so so well! With it also being an uncertain market, we found that Alice was always ahead of the game and kept us well informed of trends/expectations etc. All in all a great experience with a great result. Thank you Alice!
