Accompanied by beautiful music, stepping into a carefully arranged room, a warm feeling fills my heart—this is what home feels like. Alice's deep understanding of the market, extensive knowledge of architecture, and gentle, caring manner left a lasting impression on me.

After 36 years in the same house entering the sales process is a scary proposition. Mark made us feel very comfortable right from the start - clearly managing our expectations and guiding us through the process. We were kept informed through regular notifications and reports and when it came to opening the offers (we chose a deadline sale) he kept us grounded while we analysed the options. His experience and professionalism is second to none. Thank you Mark - and while we don't want to go through the process again too soon, we would definitely choose you again as our agent.

To be honest, we didn’t have complete understanding of our own requirements for our first home. Tommy not only made us understand the basics but made us realise things we would need. The detailed information he gave me about the property left no room for questioning. He provided documents very quickly and was very responsive to my concerns. He was very consistent with the updates and follow-ups. I met him at open home of some other property which was not what we needed. He understood what we wanted and gave us options to our key interests. He showed us 2/12 bridge street which was exactly what we needed. Close to public transport, 2 to 3 bed freehold and a garage in Lower Hutt, Melling or Naenae. He is a very good listener with good vibes and professionalism. I’ve already recommended Tommy to my mates.

Maria and John O’Flaherty (and The Professionals team) did a wonderful job at selling our much loved family home in an uncertain market. Maria and John came highly recommended and we knew from our first meeting that they were up for the challenge and were definitely the right team for us. They were very professional and their knowledge and experience in the local area was invaluable. Selling a property from afar wasn’t easy but Maria kept in touch regularly and nothing was too much trouble. We are very happy with the end result.
