Selling and buying a house was very stressful.

Mark has been central to us selling our Lower Hutt property by remote. Mark has been tireless in keeping our unusual property "alive" in the market whilst we are living here in Pukekohe. He has been freely available to prospects and either gave or sought answers to their questions very promptly. At the same time, he kept us fully informed and was prepared to advise on the developing situation. He facilitated minor works when they were necessary to the property presentation. Mark has earnt every penny of his commission, I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Tommy was great to work with from Day-1! Communication was prompt, professional and easy to understand. His market knowledge and slick tactics in a super -hot buyers market enabled my sale in a matter of weeks! His advertising and video were top class and definitely contributed to the efficient sale of my home! I highly recommend Tommy to anyone looking at buying or selling! Thank you!

This is our third property that Team Alice and Aaron have sold for us, and it certainly wont be the last. There is a reason we always choose to use this spectacular team. Efficient, knowledgeable, A++++ communication. They are an incredibly seamless team who go above and beyond at every step.

a genuine agent who works with you to get the best for you. He explained that the market was not good at the moment to sell but when we said we still wanted to he went all out to get a buyer for us. Very easy man to talk to. Use Mark and you will not go wrong honest and kind

Tommy was a pleasure to work with. From our first open home until purchase, he was very easy to work with. Always both professional and punctual with the correspondence of any information. Working extremely hard in building a deal with both parties interests in mind. This was our first experience in actually purchasing property, not through lack of effort. But with all the stories and our personal experiences with other agents we are extremely grateful having ended up working with Tommy. Thanks Tommy you were great. Congratulations on your sale!!

We are so honoured to be Tommy’s first house sale! Tommy gave our house sale his absolute all and we are so happy with the outcome. Some people told us we were taking a risk going with Tommy who was so new to the game, but we trusted him entirely. Tommy has such a vibrant, positive and energetic personality which makes him such a great Real Estate Agent so we knew he could deliver. We would recommend Tommy to everyone!

Her responsiveness was impressive—every question I had was answered promptly. What stood out most was her honesty and commitment to maximizing our profit.
