We were very fortunate to have Mark Phillips as our real estate agent during the sale of my late mother's house. Throughout the entire process, he was nothing short of brilliant. Despite the considerable distance to the property, Mark consistently travelled to the house for open homes and meeting potential buyers, demonstrating a remarkable level of dedication. The communication was excellent, even while coordinating with three brothers, ensuring everyone was well-informed and comfortable with each step. Mark was kind, understanding, and incredibly professional, making a challenging time much more manageable for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and highly recommend Mark Phillips to anyone in need of real estate services.

Tommy was simply amazing at helping me and my fiancé buy our first home. Always happy to help and patient with endless calls to confirm tiny details. His care and willingness to find out every piece of information we needed made the process so much more comfortable. He was truely an asset and advocated for us!

Alice Aaron and Kaitlyn were a pleasure to work with when we sold our family home. They treated our home with respect and dignity like it was their own. They kept us informed of all viewings and gave plenty of feedback. I liked their honesty and support they gave us throughout the whole process. They were there at the end of the phone whenever we needed them. I would recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Alice knows her stuff and is great to work with. She provided comprehensive market information, answered all our questions, outlined options and supported us to develop our marketing strategy. She kept us up to date with open, honest and professional advice. I feel Alice went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible -we felt fully supported every step of the way. I appreciate the hard work, patience (we had a lot of questions) and care Alice and her team put in to achieve an outcome we are really happy with.

We recently used Harry and his team to sell our home. Right from the first moment we met with Harry we felt we were in good hands. He was knowledgable on both the real estate market and recent sales in the local area and was able to provide us with the guidance and expertise we needed to ensure we were able to secure the best price for our home. His network of potential buyers and agents was definitely a bonus in ensuring good visibility of our property, resulting in great numbers attending each open home. Communication was excellent - Harry kept us informed every step of the way and was proactive in providing feedback from open homes promptly. Harry and each member of his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, attentive and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harry and his team to sell or buy your next home. He really does go the extra mile for his clients, clearly enjoys his job, goes above and beyond and works hard to secure results. Thank you Harry. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and we will most definitely contact you (and pass along your details to anyone looking to buy or sell) should we be looking to purchase a home in the area in the future.
