Jenny Laney was fantastic to work with. For us, Jenny acted as a buyer's agent. Her knowledge of the market throughout Christchurch, along with her strong rapport across the real estate profession made for an incredibly informative and engaging process to get us to our eventual purchase. Jenny is an excellent communicator, and her warm and enthusiastic approach made our experience a positive one. For that, as well as her top-notch auction bidding, we thank you!

We originally met Rosie at an open home when we were house hunting ourselves. While we didn’t end up buying that house, when it came time to sell our own house, she was the first person we thought of. From the first time we met her we were impressed by her authenticity, dedication, integrity, and friendly nature. Rosie made the entire process stress-free, guiding us through the process like a seasoned professional with clear and regular communication throughout. We couldn’t recommend Rosie enough!

Against my better judgement Margaret Danzer convinced me of the necessity of starting the sale process with Auction and the resultant marketing program. An impressive portfolio of Photographs and video presentations that were so convincing that I wanted to buy my own property. In a market saturated with two-bedroom town houses the open days were not well attended but that did not hold Margaret back; with the property passed in at the auction she chased up two or three parties of interest, it only takes one she said. Well it turned out to to be two lovely people, and the rest is history. Margaret's warm and helpful personality was crucial to her success; I am sure that Kirstie Allsopp could have learnt a thing or two.

Margaret displays a great deal of knowledge and experience which is both reassuring and makes her easy to work with. Her ability to relate to me and offer every assistance she could (including helping out at a working bee to get the property looking more presentable, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated!) is testament to her commitment to me her vendor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Margaret to anyone wishing to sell their property or purchase a new property through her.

From start to finish, Geeta has been outstanding. Within six days of listing, we had multiple offers, so Geeta bought the deadline day forward, giving us just two open days. Within a week we had one very happy purchaser and two very happy sellers. Would definitely use Geeta again and highly recommend her and her team.
