Christeen was amazing throughout this whole experience. The entire time she was incredibly friendly and kind and it genuinely felt like she was rooting for us to be successful because she cared not just because it was a business transaction. She always acted with the sellers best interests first and foremost but handled any hiccup we had with empathy and understanding. She made a very overwhelming and daunting process run very smoothly for everyone! We’re very grateful for her help.

I couldn't fault Rosie, she is incredible. Rosie is just on to it. She doesn't leave a stone unturned, is one step in front, super quick at coming back to you, and very proactive. She got a price while within my expectations was perhaps above hers. I highly recommend Rosie if you are looking for a top agent to sell your house. Tim D

I found Rosie extremely professional in all her dealings. Her communication was outstanding and so I was informed every step of the way. Rosie’s market knowledge helped steer a very difficult brother in the right direction. I loved her enthusiasm and positivity throughout.

Working with Christeen was simply easy. Christeen was both professional and offered excellent knowledgeable service. Her regulars reports/updates were valuable and informative. We always felt the we and our house were her priority. So easy to work with. Christeen advice at auction was also direct and she made sure we had a good understanding of how this service worked. We would work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that offers a great quality service that is honest and professional.

Christeen provided much valued assistance to us with the purchase of our new home at 416 Papanui Road. We had been the under bidder on another purchase, and Christeen was proactive and helpful in identifying another similar high quality property in our preferred location, and supporting us through the viewing, due diligence and auction bidding process. We highly recommend Christeen as a customer-focused, professional and helpful agent, with good attention to detail. Many thanks, Steve and Helen

Rosie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked very hard over the two weeks my house was on the market and knew who was a genuine purchaser and who wasn't.
