Against my better judgement Margaret Danzer convinced me of the necessity of starting the sale process with Auction and the resultant marketing program. An impressive portfolio of Photographs and video presentations that were so convincing that I wanted to buy my own property. In a market saturated with two-bedroom town houses the open days were not well attended but that did not hold Margaret back; with the property passed in at the auction she chased up two or three parties of interest, it only takes one she said. Well it turned out to to be two lovely people, and the rest is history. Margaret's warm and helpful personality was crucial to her success; I am sure that Kirstie Allsopp could have learnt a thing or two.

I absolutely cannot fault Rosie, she made the process of selling my home an easy one. I chose Rosie as I was aware of her long experience selling homes in Redwood.
