Ian was such a fantastic agent to work with and had a wealth of knowledge about the property and area. He kept the lines of communication between us and the vendors open, and every question we had was answered quickly and thoughtfully. He was personable, warm, and very professional. We couldn’t have had a better experience and are so delighted to be joining the Puhoi community with his support.

I’ve known Ian for over 10yrs thru his sponsorship of Puhoi Wood Chopping and having bought and sold Puhoi property with him. I honesty didn’t consider anyone else when I needed an agent to sell our Puhoi property. He worked tirelessly and was always available, negotiating and closing the deal to suit all parties. Thanks Ian, great work! Keep well. Regards David

Ian's extensive knowledge of the Puhoi market is unsurpassed. His excellent communication and professionalism kept us well informed every step of the way. This resulted in a very satisfactory, prompt sale at a price we were more than happy with. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ian as the best choice for marketing and selling your property.

Ian was great from the moment we decided we wanted to sell our house. We were based in the South Island and concerned about trying to sell our North Island home remotely. Ian was brilliant throughout, always on emails and on the end of the phone if needed. His knowledge of the area/market/demographic was spot on and resulted in a quick and easy sale. Would definitely use again.

Lane was instrumental in selling our home in a quick manner when we needed an urgent sale. It was a tough market and yet we were sold in 3 weeks. His communication and professionalism were excellent. His feedback and advice was always honest and his recommendations added value for the end result. I would highly recommend Lane and will be forever grateful for everything he has done to support getting our sale across the line.

We’ve bought and sold a few times over our married life and Lane has been the best professional real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. Kept us informed all the way by phone and message. We highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling. And he’s a nice guy too!

We contacted Lane Sanger because our neighbours had used hin and they told us he was the No 1 agent in Orewa. From the first time we met him Lane was professional, on time, knowledgeable and not pushy (this is something we particularly looked for in a real estate agent). Lane kept us very well-informed, communicating with us immediately after open homes or private viewings so we knew exactly what was going on. He would give us full details of where each 'prospective buyer' was on their road to purchase our house. Lane is helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. You know hes working for you which is really important. He's been a real pleasure to deal with and we wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend him. Thank you Lane for everything you did , and offered to do, for us! Janet and Bill Boyle BONUS: Of course he sold our house!

Lane has provided us with an experienced empathetic journey. His communications have been honest, clear and have taken into account our needs and views. When Lane says he is going to do something..it gets done. Usually within the hour. He has patiently explained market conditions and made suggestions as to how we proceed in all aspects. One area we admire is his interest in finding something for us to buy. He knows the Orewa market very well and has clearly directed us as to good and poor buying options. Even after our sale Lane has helped in small ways(Selling our fridge) which have made a big difference for us. We have already recommended Lane to friends and family.
