We would not hesitate to recommend Lane to anyone seeking to sell their property in the Orewa area, we genuinely found him to be excellent. His market knowledge proved to be accurate and we were confident we could fully rely on his advice to get the final result we were after, even when market conditions were challenging and quite fluid. His extensive experience in the Orewa context and in relation to certain property types was apparent. He was constantly keeping the process moving forward and kept us well informed on the outcome of open homes, private viewings and on the responses of prospective buyers. We never had to chase him up for anything, he always initiated ongoing communications with us, keeping us constantly updated. He was hard-working and very flexible with his hours in order to suit our needs. He was highly professional and sensitive in dealing with the family situations that often sit behind the sale of a property.
