We have bought and sold a number of investment properties over the years in a mixture of good and not so good markets and with various Real Estate agents. Lane Sanger truly is exceptional! He is always professional, super knowledgeable about the market and markets throughout New Zealand, never pushy, always friendly and respectful and always positive and open to our views or concerns. We get the feeling that he genuinely cares about us and the path we are travelling with our property. We cannot convey enough 'positives' and would recommend Lane to anyone buying or selling property. A man who can be trusted!!

We had the pleasure of working with Lane for the sale of our home in Orewa and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Lane demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. His commitment to securing the best price for our property was evident in every aspect of his work. Lane went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process, always providing timely and clear communication. We were never left wondering about the status of our sale; he kept us informed and involved throughout, including seeking our input on photos and write-ups. Despite challenging economic conditions in the housing market, Lane's expertise led to excellent foot traffic and a fantastic price for our home. He was always available to answer our calls or meet with us, showing an unparalleled level of accessibility and support. For any future real estate transactions, whether buying or selling, we will definitely turn to Lane again. His outstanding service and dedication make him a standout agent in his field. We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property in Puhoi, and we cannot speak highly enough of Ian Bateman, the vendor's agent. From the outset, Ian was the epitome of professionalism. Whilst Ian was representing the vendor's interests, he played a pivotal role in negotiating an outcome that was fair and satisfying for both parties. His vast knowledge of the Puhoi area was invaluable, and his insights greatly contributed to our decision-making process. We are incredibly excited to become a part of the Puhoi community, and we wholeheartedly recommend Ian to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. His expertise, dedication, and professionalism make him an exceptional agent. Thank you, Ian, for your outstanding service! Annu and Jeremy Brown

We engaged Lane to sell our property from a recommendation of Real Estate Agents who normally sell our properties but were unable to do so due to prior personal commitments. We had also heard of Lane's professionalism through another friend of ours whose house Lane had sold some years ago. We were extremely happy with Lane's honesty during the whole process and his professionalism. He was practical, calm, detailed and willing to go the extra mile to produce a successful sale in a very difficult market. The whole team was polite and extremely helpful even working with us to stage the house for sale. The finishing touches were excellent! I would be more than happy to recommend Lane to any prospective vendor
