Fleur had an amazing eye for the finer details to really make my property appealing and sell fast. AM is a consummate professional who will work exceptionally hard to deliver the results. She is honest, reliable and trustworthy and an excellent communicator. She kept us up to date throughout the process and gave us timely feedback after buyers came through the property. She gave sound advice and kept us informed about how she thought the sale was tracking so we were never left in the dark. Our work schedules meant she often had to come and see us late in the evening and yet she never had an issue doing this. We would highly recommend AM as one of the easiest agents to work with, who through her honest nature, also has one of the highest success rates in Wellington. Other family members have also sold through AM and rate her just as highly. We wouldn't use anyone else!
