In short: Lianne uses all the resources at her disposal. She has great communication skills including listening to what we were saying and then translating our wishes into actual actions. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, and She gave us timely and meaningful advice on the steps we needed to take. She provided excellent data that kept us informed after each open home and/or home visit by prospective buyers. She made us feel like we were part of the process while not overburdening us with the things that she is good at. Team Cooling did a superb job of marketing and selling our property. If you have a property that is slightly unique or only of appeal to a smaller audience look no further than Andy and his team. Charlie with his youthful enthusiam and Andy with his vast knowledge and experience really do create a winning team. We were really impressed with the regular contact and updates; wise advice when we needed to tweak the campaign; and great tenancity and perserverance to get a sale over the line. Like most people we've had lots of experience of Real Estate agents over the years - however nothing has come even close to the attentive service we've received from Andy and his team. Would use his services again in a heartbeat.
