At all times during the process of selling we felt we were being listened to and our thoughts considered. With Team Faulke leading the way, there was no doubt there was going to be a positive result. Our original plan was to go to market quietly and find a buyer, but Gavins confidence in their own processes gave us the lift to go all out and have an auction.
