Paula looked after us throughout the process. She and her team: Alex, Adriana and Kaitlyn were amazing. From the first meeting with Paula, where she immediately instilled confidence, through to admin interactions with Kaitlyn, to open homing with this amazing team, to our auction, negotiations and final agreement, they have been faultless. They are a hard working, highly professional team, full of integrity and genuine care, and the end result was great. We couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend this team to anyone. They know their stuff!! They were extremely helpful and patient with us, and we are very grateful to Paula, as their 'front woman', for always being accepting and understanding of us in what can be a stressful time. Paula made it easy. She and the team really looked after us.

Adriana Watson We were thrilled to have Adriana as our real estate agent. She was very knowledgeable about the market especially in our area and gave us a very fair and realistic appraisal. She offered options for methods of sale, giving us the pros and cons for each method. She was professional and didn’t pressure us into one method or another, allowing us to make our decision based on her information. Once we chose our method of sale she was very helpful and supportive, guiding us along the way including offering suggestions for home presentation. She was a great communicator, always available, extremely approachable, and always with a smile on her face. She worked closely with her colleagues from Team Ritchie and other Harcourts agents from our area. Together they worked hard on our behalf to run open homes and private viewings providing us with detailed feedback on a weekly basis, which we found incredibly enlightening and useful. We got to know Adriana very well over the course of our sale and found her to be extremely hard working, diligent and trustworthy. Thanks to her efforts we sold our home, achieving a great outcome for all. We would have no hesitation is using her again. We highly recommend her.

Fleur had an amazing eye for the finer details to really make my property appealing and sell fast.
