I met Gavin once at open home and was confused to who was contacting me after that as another person not listed as the agent. Communication was very informal, unprofessional and rushed. Any contact other than showing at the open home and finalising the offer was outsourced to someone else. No personal touch for the me as the buyer and the move in gift was bordering offensive - paper plates, toilet paper, drink bottle. During the offer process, Gavin’s mannerisms made me feel my concerns weren’t important and it was clear he just wanted a good offer for the vendor.
