A rare find. Rawinia. Couldn’t meet a nicer lady. Never tried to pressure us or use any of the standard scare tactics used by other real estate agents. Sold it to us as “real estate with a difference “, it totally was. Got stuck in and worked her butt off. Always positive. Not afraid to stand her ground and fight for us as vendors. We had never heard of Rawinia even though she has over 25 years in the industry. Not interested in having her name all over the suburbs on posters and billboards, she just does what you want, works hard to sell your property. No drama, no bulls&#t, just honest straightforward effort. A rare find. You bet. I & C

I am trying my best to make this short as there is so much to say. Before selling my house I had two other agents from two different agencies that came over and gave us recommendations as well as valuations for the house. To be honest each of those two times I said to my wife, "I am pretty sure our house is worth a lot more and they also recommended a lot of things to do". So I called Arizto and Darren came, when he left I called my wife straight away and said, "we are selling with Arizto". He's got a great knowledge of the property market and just a great guy to deal with. Communication was one of the greatest thing about Darren, every little details he always communicated it through. To cut this even shorter.lol my house was sold within one day on the market and the price was so great. All in all, I highly recommend Darren to anyone who wants a peace of mind while selling, he did everything while we enjoy our normal day to day stuff and to top it all off, we saved a lot of money from selling with Aizto. Te Rere is one of the few agents that is very warm and helpful. Most of the agents we've met during open homes were sending some sort of "judgmental" vibe that made us feel uncomfortable. Not only is she helpful, but very organised and structured on doing business for both the vendor and the buyer. At this stage, we are still 75% done with the unpacking and slowly enjoying our new first home. Thanks to Te Rere and Arizto for accommodating us during the intense process. Apologies though for not writing a review much earlier, as it was really tough moving from a rental property...and i'm still exhausted.
