We engaged Scott to sell our property in Whangaparaoa We found him to be an extremely pleasant young man, excellent to deal with and he sold our house for a satisfactory amount. It did take a little while but as it was over the Christmas holiday period we were really satisfied with the end result. Nigel and Mary

This is the second time Darren has sold our property. And again, the sale exceeded our expectations in regards to sale price but also speed of sale. He wasn’t pushy with taking the first deal, he made sure we had full market exposure to get the best price. He did a great job and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Waikato!

We chose Vance Bibby as our realtor for the recent sale of our Lifestyle property in Katikati, Bay of Plenty. The experience we encountered with Vance was nothing less than outstanding, given some of the negative dealings we have encountered with previous properties being sold. We did not want the intrusions of open homes inconveniencing us - Vance respectfully adhered to our wishes, and vetoed every potential buyer in a way that excluded any "tyre-kickers". He saw value in our property, and went through the chattels and inclusions with a fine tooth-comb in order to fully familiarise himself, and his potential buyers with every detail of our property. His advice and acumen regarding the relative market for our particular property. and his personal input into the marketing strategy best suited to us, was exemplary. Vance updated us immediately be phone on every potential buyers' opinion of the house, and also promptly updated us by email of the ammount of hits and enquiries he had received through the media. The attention Vance paid to securing realistic buyers is evident by the fact that only the 3rd. prospective buyer bought the property, after only 3 weeks of marketing - Amazing, and the entire experience was so easy and comfortable. Vance has given us outstanding service and advice, and has gone the extra-mile by even suggesting and showing us some potential homes to go to. - And to boot, he is a very nice person. May we offer our sincerest thanks and gratitude to Vance for an exceptionally professional and absolute hassle-free marketing campaign and sale. Your attitude and dedication reminds us of an old statement which epitomises the essence of professionalism. "Quality and service are never accidents, They are the result of high intentions, sincere effort, Intelligent direction and skillful execution. They represent the wise choice of many different alternatives." Kindest Regards, Colin and Lesley Fulton Katikati.

Apart from the financial benefits of dealing with Arizto, Darren's relaxed professional attitude made the whole process of selling our home stress free. The whole process from initial meeting to sold / handover while a whirlwind was taken in his stride and would certainly reccomend Darren to anyone selling their home

We first met Vance at an open home at 13 Malta Cres. We were immediately impressed by his friendliness and knowledge of the property. We asked if he would market our home for us. He was completely professional. Prompt with his appointments, gave us a very accurate appraisal and his communication was exemplary. We would and have highly recommended him. David and Glenys Squelch

I have brought and sold multiple homes and dealt with many agents and unfortunately Raewyn was probably the least favourable. Also not a fan of Ariztos online sale and purchase agreements. Sorry I hate negative reviews but warranted.

We feel comfortable to communicate with her. She understands our needs and expectations and advises us the best. Our house is not a hot product but still sold as our schedule and with an acceptable price. We are happy with the result.

We were able to enlist the services of Darren to sell our property. It was on the market for 4 days before he brought us our first offer and this was a good offer. He ensured the prospective purchasers were market ready and as a result the offer went unconditional within 5 working days. This level of service speaks for itself. We have more property for sale and this of course has been entrusted to Darren's capable hands. He is a legend!

Tena koe Te Rere, he mihi matakuikui ki a koe me to māmā hoki. It was great to have someone who understands us and our needs as a whānau to work with. Everything went to plan, you answered all my questions and we got a great outcome - which was exactly as you predicted! So we are very happy and I hope the new owners of our whare will be too.
