All feedback from open homes was logged in online at the end of each open home, which I had access to via Arizto’s fantastic online sales dashboard. Property file, LIM was all arranged by Aritzo and was put on their website which buyers had access to. I was so impressed with all the online digital access to information for both buyers and myself as a vendor making the whole sales process very smooth as all the information was available on fingertips when you needed them. No hidden or exponential fees with Arizto, once you list your property, you pay $2500 f which covers property photographs, listing on trademe and realestate sites, LIM and property files. Then you pay $5000 once the house is sold. Very straightforward ! Thanks once again.
