Raewyn has been very helpful and accommodating in selling two houses for us in Rotorua. She facilitated the open homes professionally and made herself available as needed outside of those arrangements. She organised the listings, and co-ordinated photography, videos and legal requirements with ease. Raewyn was always available by phone, text or email, to answer questions or to convey information. I never met Jenny and I don't think we even spoke on the phone as I initiated the listing with Pernell. I was pretty hands off at the property as I was short on time and I should have come to have a look. But was surprised by the paper overflowing the letter box and some old litter around the property when I mowed the lawns before settlement. I would have thought Jenny would have made a note and said something to me about it, so I could have made it a but more presentable. This may have improved the outcome. Good result though in the end.
