At first we were skeptial about using such a new company with such a low commission and we were concerned about the level of service. However we needn’t worry as Vance made the whole process of selling as smooth as possible. The entire sale was completed via phone call, text and email and saved us a lot of time and money by leaving it in Vance’s trusty hands. I’d highly recommend using Vance and Arizto to any potential vendors... Take the punt because you will be pleasantly surprised by the high level of service you recieve for the price you pay.

I couldn't recommend Martin and Arizto more highly. As someone who did not like Real Estate Agents, I originally approached Martin as his fees were under a 3rd of what any other Agent was going to charge me. I thought that with such low fees he maybe wouldn't work as hard as the other agents but I was wrong. Martin worked so hard for me, including dealing with some difficult and and stressful situations, and a grumpy me! And he did it all calmly, professionally and with a smile on his face and a good sense of humour, which was very much appreciated. Thanks Martin
