Steve is the man!
Steve was exceptionally good to deal with. He knew what was happening in the local market and able to guide us. His communication was exemplary! If Steve said he was doing something he followed up his promises promptly. Would totally recommend him for both his service and expertise..

Great agent - would recommend!
We had a great experience with Steve. We were looking to buy a house and he was the only agent that responded to our request for help. He listened to our wish-list and proactively sent us properties. He made himself available afterhours and during weekends and always responded to us in a timely manner. We are really happy with our final purchase and think Steve did a great job to get all parties to be happy. Not an easy job!

I would highly recommend Steve, very professional in his conduct , and an absolute pleasure to work with. Very patient ,as it took me awhile to get my head around a lot the real estate talk/lingo.
