Friendly, Helpful & Professional
Steve Bowen was very friendly, helpful and professional. Initially, he gave me a wonderful tour of many properties on the market in Waihi Beach and Bowentown. This helped me understand values and solidify what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was unable come back to Waihi to look at the property I purchased again before the auction or until settlement due to lockdowns but Steve was wonderful and didn't mind doing extra work for me. Made for smooth process
We found Gary great to work with. Gary's communication was impeccable - always keeping us in the loop as soon as something was happening. He got things sorted efficiently and before we knew it our house was sold with ease and at a great price. Great to deal with and always open to discussion
We are glad we went to L J Hooker to help market our property. As we started in winter it was slow to get necessary people thru be however COVID put in plans for out of town buyers. Offers finally came thru as climate warmed up. We recommend lJ Hooker
