Efficient and Effective
We were only able to secure the house we wanted to purchase because Steve was able to sell our house incredibly quickly at the price we were asking for it. His estimation of its value was at the higher end of what other agents had suggested and he was able to secure this price for us. We appreciated his professionalism in his dealings with us and the way he kept us informed throughout the process.

Fabulous experience someone you can trust
We found a home we really liked but unfortunately another lucky couple secured it. Steve knows his market and promised to keep an eye out for suitable properties for my elderly parents. He kept in communication with a number of my family as I live out of the district. Then a short time later found a property that met every one of our needs, in fact it was next door to original house we loved. Moving in this week and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. Do your business with good honest people ( that is Steve!!) they go the extra mile.

His attention to detail at the open homes, included the Covid-19 provision of QR codes and hand sanitizer was first class, and the signage was impressive. His post O H communication was detailed and informative, and included a summary report of the activity on social media. Steve is a true professional in his field.

The dream became a reality, even in a tough market
We really appreciated the way Steve worked with us to enable us to sell our current home and complete the purchase of our new home.
