Waihi Beach purchase 2020
I bought a section in a new subdivision, first time I had ever done that so it was a bit nerve-wracking. However that was made a lot easier by Steve's very friendly and professional manner. There were no problems , and even though I went on holiday shortly after I had seen the site, Steve kept in touch and I was able to pay the deposit and secure the sale before many other people who had approached him got in before me! He said he could have sold it many times over, but as I was first in line I got priority. Thanks Steve!

Friendly and knowledgeable
We recently purchased a house in Waihi Beach, with Steve as the LJ Hooker agent. Steve was extremely easy to work with, accomodating viewing times (as we had to travel from Auckland) and builder visits. He was always professional, friendly and made the process a great experience.
