We went to visit friends for the weekend and ended up by a bach.... Steve took the time at short notice to show us around the area and we viewed some stunning properties. Steve's area knowledge and expertise helped us make an informed and quick decision... we walked away happy and with a good deal! The process did take longer than expected but Steve was quick to answer questions and kept us informed.

Steve made our selling experience so easy. I tried to sell it myself at the start as I use to sell real estate, but with a market that was everywhere and slowing fast it was so important to have a switched on motivated sales person to get an offer together quickly and not to miss the boat, and that is exactly what he did. He also has great support from his office with Gary stepping in to help when needed. Would highly recommend getting Steve to sell your home.

Steve always replies to calls and solves problems. He is easy to get along with and is constantly available - he provides a personal service to the end. We found Steve really helpful in terms of valuation comparisons, reality around what a genuine offer would look like and acting as an honest connection between seller and buyer. We totally recommend him.

This is the second property we have purchased through Steve. We have found him to be professional yet approachable and honest. Steve kept us in the loop at all times with both purchases, without being pushy. We felt he was very genuine and understood what we needed / wanted out of the property. We would 100% recommend Steve as an agent.

Going the extra mile for the vendor to get a sale across the line, is certainly one of Steve's strengths. From the start, his professionalism was to the fore, with regular updates on trends in the local market, to keeping in touch as to open home activity with feedback. Honest, reliable and a credit to his profession and is highly recommended to all
