We had spent a year looking for a property at Waihi Beach and after meeting Steve made a good decision to work with him instead of dealing with a listing agent on a ad hoc basis. He had good market knowledge, a great communicator with his international business experience coming through. As we know, an agent can only work within the vendors and buyers expectations, he communicates this process very well. Sue was always available. even when she was overseas she managed to txt and email us. She made places available in the times that we could be available and coming from out of town that was a bit difficult but nothing was a problem. Friendly and welcoming, calm and patient.

We enlisted Steve Bowen to sell our bach in Waihi Beach. We had been looking at homes to buy for about 18 months and had met a few different agents. We chose Steve as we like his friendly professional manner and his knowledge of the local market. He has a huge contact list due to the large amount of business that he does in the area. He marketed our bach in a market that was a bit tougher than it had been. He was very positive all the way along and our home was marketed extensively on social media which created a lot of interest. Our open homes were busy and well attended which got us a satisfactory offer for the property is a relatively short time. Steve's communication throughout this process was second to none.
