I rang Matt to chat about selling our Wanaka home and see whether he had anyone on his database that could be interested. He kicked straight into action and we had it staged and photographed by the end of the week. While we were doing the final steps of the AMF process he took an interested party through and within a few days we had our home sold, furnished and all. We were very extrememely happy and relieved with the straight forward sale. Matt is excellent to deal with, he always answers his phone (or rings back straight away) and gets on to everything quickly.
