Woodrow worked hard and diligently with many open homes leading up to a deadline sale 6 weeks later. He exhausted all avenues during that time, with 3 interested parties leading to a sale. Lots of comms, always kept in the loop . Friendly and professional

Woodrow is a fantastic agent who worked extremely hard to get this sale across the line for us. We could not have done it without him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that is both professional and honest. 10/10

Sharon and her team bring a combination of experience, expertise and resources which make the sales process simple and slick - and they get results. We were extremely pleased with the whole process from beginning to end and appreciate the depth of the team - the excellent sales team are only made better by the extensive back office support which provides excellent communication.

Our experience with the donelly team was good. They sold our initial house and helped purchase the new one. Upon take over of the new house they were non existent andwe haven’t seen them since. Being told the key was in the lock box upon arrival was not a very personal experience .

Sharon was recommended to me as THE person for honest and efficient real estate service in Wanaka - and she certainly fulfilled this recommendation. Sharon and her team’s communication is excellent. As an out of town vendor they made sure to keep me informed every step of the process. I really appreciated Sharon’s professionalism.
