Liz was absolutely incredible, we weren’t living in CHCH when selling our house so she organised absolutely everything for us! Her industry experience and knowledge was amazing and helped us understand the selling strategy for our house. She went above and beyond for us, and absolutely hustled every step of the way. If you want an agent that will work hard for you I couldn’t recommend Liz highly enough. Do yourselves a favour and hire her immediately!

Liz was extremely supportive throughout our buying process. My partner and I were first time buyers so had very little knowledge of the housing market, specifically buying at an auction. Liz was always available to answer any questions we had or provide solutions where need be. Overall great professional service in a prompt and timely manner, would definitely recommend her to friends and family buying or selling.

Jamin took over our listing from another agent, and barely three weeks had passed before we received multiple offers. Jamin's sales strategy was well-thought out, and his communication throughout the process was second to none. Jamin will be the first agent we call upon for all our needs moving forward. We could not be more impressed!

As a buyer based outside of NZ, my property search was always going to be a little complicated. But Liz was the perfect partner. Responsible, efficient and reliable, she addressed every concern quickly and with good humour, and personally pushed for solutions. Best of all, she stayed active and supportive throughout - even when contracts were agreed and exchanged - connecting me with her extensive network. Very happy! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience with Liz & her team at Harcourts Homewood. It’s been a very stressful time but made 100 times easier with the support I received. They went above and beyond to get a result for me. Looking forward to buying through Liz and her team in the future!

Clarence made a process which felt overwhelming and daunting to us as first home buyers into a unforgettable, smooth and fun experience. We can't wait to settle into our property that we wouldn't have thought was possible without Clarence there to guide us!

Miranda and her team created an easy and seamless experience of selling our property. Taking the stress out of it with clear guidance and crisp communication constantly keeping us updated. Her network of professionals in the industry even helped us to prepare the property with the right advice to help the process go quickly which was our key driver. Miranda drove a pool of potential buyers to put their best foot forward when making an offer and created that sense of urgency which turned into a number of offers for us to choose from. I would highly recommend Miranda and her team when you have a clear goal in mind when selling your property. Miranda listened, gave critical feedback and guided us to make what was ultimately the right decisions along the path to an agreeable outcome.

Clarence and his team are quite knowledgeable, and available. They are always looking for ways to make key improvements to the property that definitely made a difference in getting the sale across the line. I really appreciate all the insights and the hard work on this sale. The auction for the property was brought forward, which was already amazing! On the auction date, the price increased circa $50,000! Amazing result and an amazing team. Thanks for everything!
