We were a little late getting on the market before Christmas but had wanted it on before, Bradley got us to wait as it was probably too close to Christmas and everyone heading away for holidays. This was a good call as if it had been on for 6 weeks people would have questioned why it hadn't sold already and there would have been less offers to choose from.
