Brilliant!
I could not fault Jacqui on anything. She had the ideas to get the most out of the house. With her help to get great photos and great staging, it looked fantastic. She explained all aspects of the sale process and what we needed to to do. The results exceeded our expectations.

Professional with a one on one special touch
Jacqui guided us through the best realestate experience we have ever had. Together we were able to sort through the process efficiently and effectively resulting in a sale that greatly exceeded our expectations. The new deadline auction system was wonderful to use and exciting to see come to it's conclusion. Jacqui made the process tolerable for our tenants in the property we were selling and we have had wonderful feedback from them saying they appreciated being kept up to date with progress and communication was clear and understandable. The little touches helped too, like the cookies and salmon! We can recommend Jacqui for anyone considering selling in this challenging market.

Smooth and painless
Selling a house is stressful so I needed an agent who was going to be relaxed and easy to deal with which is exactly what I got with Bradley. This is my third sale in New Zealand over the years and definitely the smoothest. Bradley is a no-fuss kind of guy and doesn't put pressure on. I trusted him every step of the way and, though I didn't get quite as much as I'd hoped for, I knew that he did everything he could to drum up a multiple offer and if it just isn't there, que sera. The important thing is he kept the buyer we did have engaged and got the deal over the line. He was calm, collected and professional and he knows his stuff. A small matter but I also like that his for-sale boards don't feature his face. It shows it's not about ego with Bradley. It's just about doing a good job all round.

Absolutely top drawer
Having been involved in a number of property sales on both sides of the Tasman, Jacqui is by fair the most outstanding agent I have had the pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and communication skills are second to none. Jacqui has a great eye for detail and a solid understanding of the property market. Her empathy and kindness to our family during a tough time made her feel like a family member not our agent. The test of any agent is the sale of the house, the result Jacqui achieved far exceeded our expectations in both price and sale time. Highly recommended.

A totally professional, successful and positive experience
Choosing an agent to sale our special old villa was a daunting prospect. What stood out to us in viewing other properties was Brad's total professionalism and excellent communication. This continued in the sales process for us. Awesome knowledge of the current property market and the top quality of the video, photos and whole sales programme obviously helped to get a positive outcome.
