Jacqui has been the most awesome 'property person' that could have happened to us! We first purchased an investment property through Jacqui. We then arrange a long-distance renovation which she helped us out with since we are not located in Dunedin. And now she's also looking after us as the property manager for this same property. She has gone way above and beyond to help us out and answer all our millions of questions... not to mention the countless times she had to go back to St. Kilda to look after tradies during the reno.
