Good experience with Sandra.
Sandra, came to me to sell the house, so I gave her a go and it was the best thing I did, she got more for the house than I expected and the sale went through smoothly. Great job well done.

Karen maintains very high standards of herself. Therefore she is always consistent with her approach to customers. Karen is honest and very obliging with her dealings and goes way beyond what you would normally expect from a Real Estate Agent. She is also very meticulous when filling out a sale and purchase agreement, which is a legal document. I like dealing with Karen because you get what expect. Great Service with a smile.

Professional and hardworking.
In a time when many agents are underselling houses, Sandra worked hard and used her skills to get the best contracts for us. She communicated throughout the process and worked late to get the contract signed. I recomend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.

Sandra work tirelessly to get the best result in regards to selling our property
Sandra did an awesome job of selling our property it was not an easy sale for her as we were in different parts of the South Island. Her marketing was spot on and her communication was faultless. Through all the difficult times she did not let it get the better of her she was always very professional and handled things in a manner that got us the best result we could wish for. Fantastic Agent!!
We purchased an investment property with Jacqui in 2017 and were so impressed that when it came time to sell, we knew we wanted Jacqui to represent us. Purchase of property & Property management thereafter
Jacqui has been the most awesome 'property person' that could have happened to us! We first purchased an investment property through Jacqui. We then arrange a long-distance renovation which she helped us out with since we are not located in Dunedin. And now she's also looking after us as the property manager for this same property. She has gone way above and beyond to help us out and answer all our millions of questions... not to mention the countless times she had to go back to St. Kilda to look after tradies during the reno. Thanks very much, Jacqui, you're outstanding and we very much appreciate it!
