In the process of separating, my wife chose Karan, someone we both knew as a long term Twizel resident, to help us sell our house. Karan was supersensitive to our separating situation, keeping me informed of all that was happening, and conducting her work towards the sale of the property with both compassion and professionalism. On discovering an issue with the CCC of the property, Karan provided us with good advice and supported us through the process of getting this sorted. Along the way Karan provided us both with excellent information about what we needed and didn't need in order to get a good price for the property. She was also much more optimistic about the sale and the price than I was, and was proved right when a buyer expressed strong interest very early on and this led to a purchase agreement within a short space of time. Throughout the process I felt we had a safe pair of hands looking after the sale, someone who knew us, appreciated the connections we had to what had been our home, and had the experience of many years of working in real estate in Twizel to ensure that we got a purchase price that fairly reflected the current market. Karan worked particularly hard with my wife who was still living in the house to ensure that that property was ready for sale, and I'm certain provided her with even more support and communication than I received, which was so reassuring for me. Thank you Karan for facilitating us through what was never going to be an easy time, and in the end achieving a result that everyone was happy with.
