The whole process from the initial meeting to actually selling my property was seamless

Karan and her team showed that they had great market knowledge and the advice given to make the marketing short with an Auction after 3 weeks was brilliant. Thai’s allowed the property to show its own level of value as it was different to most other properties on the market previously and at the time. Communication was great with the available portal which I had access to at all times. This gave me feedback on prospective buyers and how the marketing process was progressing. All agents and the Auctioneer showed true professionalism at all times throughout the process. The end result was a happy purchaser and seller. I would recommend Karan and her team to anyone looking to sell their property in or around the Twizel district,
