Karan was always great to deal with, gave regular updates and there was always great communication from her. She was supportive and understanding. Karan is highly recommended.

It can be rare to find a real estate agent who really knows his/her stuff. Who is able to think outside the box and truly work for the buyer in a wholehearted way. This is the 2nd property we have sold (and purchased) through Steve. His professionalism and ability to understand the needs of the seller is real. However, Steves real skill is knowing the market, surrounding himself with a team that can support the process and not being afraid to try a new approach. If we are back in the market in Steves area, we will definitely be in touch with Steve and would highly recommend.

Thank you so very much Steve and team for your attentive and professional service once again. It’s been a pleasure working with you as you looked after every detail and ensured the sale process was seamless. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase or sell in Tekapo. All the best thank you.

We'd read Steve's previous reviews, so we went in with high expectations. We were not disappointed, Steve has a level of patience and professionalism that we've not experienced with any real estate agent previously. Thank you Steve - we wouldn't have made it to the finish line without you!

Steve's knowledge was hugely valuable to us as we navigated our way through the purchase process. Our journey took a while, but Steve, Vic and the team were professional throughout. Their flexibility around viewings and communication were second to none. Thank you for your part in achieving our goal of owning a property in stunning Lake Tekapo.

This is the 2nd property that Karan and her team have marketed and sold for us. Again we are very happy to say that we received excellent service. We are not resident in NZ, however any email is always answered promptly, despite the time difference. Karan truly does burn the candle at both ends and this is highly appreciated. Her knowledge and love of the area is evident in all correspondence and conversations. It is very reassuring to know that her team are also very professional, very patient, forwarding all documents and correspondence timely and in easily accessible formats. Liaison with our solicitors was also prompt and compliant. We are very grateful to Karan and her team at LJ Hooker for their service. Very happy to recommend.
