Steve was so easy to talk to and he listened to what we were looking for. He was very knowledgable about the properties and Tekapo. As we had the time he suggested we view some properties that were not quite on our list and this was very useful as we then knew we were on the right track and I think was such a helpful thing. In fact if I was making another purchase I would definitely want to see other properties that were similar but not on my list, as he showed us. He has been easy to contact at any time and generally very helpful.
