Lydia was impressive from they get go. She got us through a property only hours after we enquired and then acted as a buyers agent to help us secure the property. Her communication was 10/10 and she was constantly going above and beyond for us. We had never used a buyers agent before but from this experience I would be happy to use her again in the future. Jack was referred to me by a friend who told me "Jack will get the job done! " As I do not live in Christchurch Jack became my go-to person for advice regarding staging the property, making sure the property was well presented prior to marketing etc. He presented me with well-informed pro/cons strategy, was prompt to reply to messages and he kept me updated at all times.
